As our main Doxacon Seattle event on February 10 draws nearer, we are looking for volunteers to help make everything happen! We’ll need at least a dozen volunteers to help us both before and during the event to make everything run smoothly. If you love Doxacon Seattle and want to be part of making it awesome, here’s some ways you can help out:
Before the event:
- Help get the word out
- Assist the Planning Committee in their preparations
- Pray for the Planning Committee and for those who will attend
At the event:
- Help with setup
- Help with registration
- Help with A/V (mics, projectors, recording)
- Help by taking photos and videos
- Help with food prep/ kitchen cleanup
- Help with tear down
Volunteers who serve at the event itself will receive a significant discount on their Doxacon Seattle membership, as well as our multiversal gratitude. Also, volunteering is a great first step toward joining our Planning Committe!
